Log your daily healthy habits based on the "ELEMENT" of the week using the challenge tracker.
The more consistently you log your daily habits, the more points you will accumulate as a team.

As you and your teammates log your daily healthy habits you will accumulate team points. After reaching certain point thresholds, you will unlock team challenges also based on our ELEMENTS of health.
You will receive an email automatically once a challenge is unlocked. These will get increasingly harder and worth more points throughout the competition.
You can only complete challenges that you've unlocked....but you do not have to complete them in consecutive order. You can skip challenges if you wish.
Each Monday, one BONUS challenge will be released based on the ELEMENT of the week. This will be posted to the TEAMS thread as well as to this website under the BONUS CHALLENGE tab.
These challenges are an "all play" meaning your team does not have to be at a certain point threshold to complete the bonus challenge. Multiple team members can complete these challenges, but an individual should do so only once for given week.
Daily habits logging by individuals accumulate as team points.
Unlocking and completing team challenges will earn your team more points.
Completing the weekly BONUS challenge will also earn you more points.
Team points are divided by the amount of active team members (once you log something into the tracker, you will become "active"). We do this to level the playing field a bit to account for differences in team sizes. Staying engaged and participating/logging throughout the entirety of the challenge will be the best strategy to win.
The teams with the most overall points at the end will win. Visit the Leaderboard for a "LIVE" look at top individuals and teams throughout the competition.
